Shipping Policy
ORDER ASSISTANCE
- If you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact us upon receipt with your name, order number, and nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email. We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
- Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically take 3-5 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. The carrier does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.
- Standard Shipping for customers outside of the U.S. typically take 3-8 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier.
NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING
- Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
